A number of articles from our collection have a different sizing and are shown as size 1, 2 or 3. This sizing is equal to: Size 1: XXS/XS Size 2: S/M Size 3: L/XL

The shipping costs for each order in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are €4.95, in France and Austria €7,95. This will be shown during checkout. The amount is automatically added to the total amount of your order.

Have you placed the order as a guest user? Then wait for the e-mail with the track & trace. Via this link you can follow your order from the moment it has arrived at the carrier.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been completed. This is because your order ends up in our automated system, so that it is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
During the 14 days reflection period, you may use an article to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the article so that you can do the same in a store. For example, you can try on the article, but not wear it outside.
If you return an article that has been damaged, washed, the labels have been removed, an article is incomplete or a product contains other traces of use that show that you have used the article more extensively than as described above, you are liable for the depreciation of the article caused by you. YAYA will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you.
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. There are 2 options to do this. 1. Use of our enclosed UPS return sticker 2. Through a self-chosen carrier Important! In both cases the costs are for the consumer, but they are calculated in different ways.
Option 1 via the enclosed UPS sticker (return costs will be settled afterwards, so no costs in advance)
Follow the steps below to return your items: 1. Fill in the return form (included in the box) 2. Put the return items in the box 3. Make sure the box is properly sealed 4. Remove old stickers from the box 5. Stick the UPS shipping sticker on the box 6. Drop off at a UPS point near you (click here) 7. Keep the deposit/delivery receipt carefully
After the return has been received and approved, we will credit it as soon as possible and proceed with a refund. The full amount including shipping costs will be credited, however the return costs will be discounted. This means that only the purchase value of the product is reimbursed.
Option 2 via a carrier of your choice (the return costs are paid directly to the carrier, so in advance)

After the return has been received and approved, we will credit it as soon as possible and proceed with a refund.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to exchange articles ordered online. You can return unwanted articles and then place a new order yourself via the webshop.
If you return your entire order, your items plus the shipping costs will be refunded. Important! When using the included return sticker, we will settle the return costs with the shipping costs of your order. (See returns)
You can also return your order on your own initiative with a carrier of your choice, in this case the return costs are for your own account and will not be settled with the shipping costs. The amount of 1 or more items including the paid shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Received an incorrect order? Contact our customer service. Describe what is wrong with your order, state: order number, relevant article number(s), color, size. We will provide a suitable solution.
As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse, it will be processed the same day*. Within a week after processing your return, the return amount will be refunded via the payment method chosen by you.
*with the exception of: weekends, holidays and extremely busy days.
Of course we are also dependent on the bank and not liable for any delays caused by them.
