The 100 points that you receive once on registration are immediately visible in your YAYA account. The other points that you save will be credited to your account 30 days after your purchase. If you have saved enough points, your voucher will be available 30 days after your last purchase. In France points will only be awarded via the webshop.
You can easily create an account, during checkout of your online order, or in one of our concept stores. On registration you will receive 100 points once. (In France you can only save online).

No, you only save points from the time that you have created a YAYA account. Make sure you scan your QR code or log in to your account before your purchase. In our concept stores (in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Ireland) you can do this at several places.
After registering in the concept store you will receive a confirmation email with a link allowing you to easily create an online account. Do you not have this email any more? In that case, create your account.
Log in to your YAYA account to see your points balance. In our concept stores you can request your points balance from a staff member (except for in concept stores in France).
Yes, reward points expire after 12 months.
You can redeem your voucher in a concept store by scanning the barcode, or by entering the voucher code in the discount field at the checkout for your online order. The points will thereafter be automatically debited from your account. In France you can only redeem vouchers via the webshop.
If you have used a voucher and you are returning your whole purchase/order, send an email to member@yaya.eu to reactivate your voucher. In your email, state your name and your voucher or order number, and we will ensure that your points are re-credited. This can take a few days, after which you will automatically receive an email with your activated voucher.
Yes, if you terminate your account all saved points also expire. With a new account you will again start to save points. It is not possible to transfer points to another account.
- Vouchers will be available 30 days after your last purchase;
- They can be redeemed in our concept stores and webshop, except for the Sample Sale;
- The voucher must be redeemed only once, spent in one go and may not be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers;
- It is possible to hand in several vouchers at once in a concept store, online you can only redeem 1 voucher per order;
- Vouchers can be redeemed for all items, except for gift vouchers;
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months following their issue;
- Vouchers can be redeemed in our concept stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Ireland, and not in our concept stores in France;
- After the expiry date, the voucher can no longer be used;
- The voucher cannot be redeemed afterwards for an order already placed.

You automatically save on every purchase that you make via our webshop or in one of our concept stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Ireland. Every euro that you spend in a concept store or online is worth 1 point. In France you can only save online. The points will be credited to your account 30 days after your purchase. At 250 saved points you will automatically receive a €10 voucher via email.
No, you do not need a physical pass for your YAYA Membership. Everything is settled simply online via your personal account. However, you can save a digital customer pass in your online wallet.
Are you in one of our concept stores and have you not got your Membership details at hand? No problem! Have a staff member scan the barcode under a YAYA email, show your customer pass in your online wallet or allow the staff member to search for your data in the system.
