FAIR WORKING CONDITIONS AND COLLABORATIONS

We maintain sustainable relationships with our suppliers and all our employees. We prioritize fair working conditions for our own employees and everyone else involved in our processes. This applies to all collaborations we establish with external parties worldwide. For this purpose, we have established a code of conduct that clearly outlines what we consider fair working conditions. We are loyal to our collaborations and have mutual agreements that focus on mutual benefits.

TRANSPARENCY IN OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

To provide transparency in the production of our clothing items, we initiated a product passport trial in August 2023. This passport meticulously tracks all the steps in the production process of a clothing item and provides insight into all raw materials, processes, and suppliers involved in making a clothing item. The goal is to equip every article we sell with a product passport in the future so that you know exactly what you're purchasing. By 2028, we aim for 80% of all our clothing items to have such a passport.

REDUCING PLASTIC USE

Plastic has a negative reputation for good reasons. Its production consumes a lot of fossil fuels, and plastic is challenging to recycle. Nonetheless, it is still widely used in the fashion industry. We aim to minimize our use of plastic and replace it with paper. Paper is easier to recycle. After a successful experiment with paper packaging in 2023, we are expanding the use of paper so that more recycling can occur. You can recognize recyclable packaging by the Triman logo.
